At Menqorant S.A. (hereinafter, “Menqorant”, “we” or “the Company”) we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal data you entrust to us. This Policy explains what data we collect, for what purpose, how we store it and what rights you have over it, in compliance with Law N° 25,326 on Personal Data Protection and related regulations of the Argentine Republic.
1. Data controller
Menqorant S.A., CUIT 30-71834562-9, with registered office at Av. Corrientes 4789, Floor 12, Office B, C1414 CABA, Buenos Aires, Argentina, is the controller of the personal data collected through menqorant.com.
2. Data we collect
We collect data you voluntarily provide when filling out forms (first name, last name, email, phone number) as well as technical data generated by your navigation (IP address, device type, browser, pages visited, date and time of access). We do not collect sensitive data.
3. Purpose of processing
We use your data to: (i) send you information about real estate projects and Menqorant news; (ii) answer your queries; (iii) carry out statistical analyses and improve the platform; (iv) comply with legal and regulatory obligations applicable to collective funding platforms in Argentina.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on your free, express and informed consent, given when submitting forms or accepting cookies. We may also process data when necessary to comply with legal obligations or to perform contractual relationships.
5. Data retention
Data is retained as long as you keep your subscription or relationship with Menqorant, and for any additional period required by applicable Argentine law. Once the period has expired, data is deleted or irreversibly anonymised.
6. Recipients
Your data may be shared with technology providers (web hosting, email delivery, analytics) acting as data processors under contract, and with control bodies and authorities in the cases foreseen by law.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, update and delete your data, as well as to oppose certain processing activities. To exercise them, write to us at privacidad@menqorant.com. The Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP) is the control body of Law 25,326.
8. Security
We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data from unauthorised access, loss or alteration. However, no transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
9. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy to reflect legal, technical or business changes. The current version will always be published at menqorant.com with its update date.
